What happens when the trial ends?

You choose a plan to keep working. If you don't, your account pauses and your data stays safe. Choose a plan any time to pick up where you left off.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time from Plan & Billing in the app. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.

Monthly or yearly: which should I choose?

Monthly is billed every month and you can cancel any time. Yearly is paid once a year and costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free. Every feature is the same either way, and you can switch from Plan & Billing in the app.

What is the difference between the plans?

Only the number of people who can sign in: Starter up to 2, Professional up to 5 and Business up to 15. Every plan has every feature. For more than 15 users, contact us about Enterprise.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If SignAcctPro isn't right for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. See the Refund Policy.

Who handles the payment?

Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, sales tax and VAT, and billing questions. Your receipt will show Paddle.
