Payments, refunds & revisions.

1. Payments

All work is paid in advance. We start after the first payment reaches us.

Account details are sent with your confirmed quote or invoice, never in public. Please send the payment receipt by email. Any bank or transfer fees on your side are paid by you, so the full invoice amount reaches us.

If a payment is more than 7 days late, work pauses until it arrives. Deadlines move by the same number of days.

2. Monthly plans (social media, design, SEO, video)

• Monthly: paid before each month starts.
• 6 months: 15% off, paid in 2 parts: 50% at the start and 50% after 3 months.
• 1 year: 30% off, paid in 3 equal parts: at the start, after 4 months and after 8 months.
• If a 6-month or 1-year plan stops early, the months already used are recharged at the normal monthly price and the difference is due.

3. Sign design desk (for sign companies)

• Free test proof: one small job (one sign type) per company. The proof PDF carries a SAMPLE mark; production files come with your first package.
• Starter Desk: $490 per month, 15 proofs a month, billed at the start of each month.
• Pro Desk: $990 per month, 40 proofs a month, billed at the start of each month.
• One proof is one sign type or one drawing sheet. Unused proofs do not carry over to the next month.
• Signage scope of work: priced per project (from $150), paid before delivery.
• White-label: files carry your company name and template, and we never contact your customers.

4. Revisions

Every design, post or proof includes two rounds of changes. Extra rounds, or changes to a brief you already approved, are quoted before we do them. Please send all changes for a round together in one message.

5. Refunds

• Before work starts: full refund.
• After work starts: work already delivered, and plan months already used, are not refunded.
• Unused proofs or posts in a month are not refunded.
• If we cannot deliver something we promised, we refund that part.
• Refunds are sent the same way you paid, within 10 working days.

Apps bought on Etsy follow Etsy's order and refund rules shown on the listing.

6. Cancelling

Monthly plans and sign desk packages can be stopped with 30 days' notice by email. Longer plans follow the early-stop rule in section 2.

7. Ownership of the work

After full payment, the final files and the right to use them belong to you. Until then they stay ours. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to; white-label sign desk work is never shown without your written permission.

8. Your files

Files sent through our website forms are deleted from our server automatically after 10 days. Working files are kept privately for up to 6 months after a project ends, then deleted, unless you ask us to keep them longer. We are happy to sign your NDA.
